Starting season 2020-2021, Yannis Pouspourikas takes the position of Stellvertretender General Musik Director at the Theater Erfurt. This season he will conduct Christian Josts Dichterliebe, Die Fledermaus, the 2nd Symphonic Concert and the New Year’s Concert. His first season will finish by conducting Tchaikovsky’s Maid of Orleans, new production, at the Domstufen Festspielen Erfurt, July 2021.
